Welcome to the iPad LibGuide! This guide is intended to provide information about our lending and usage guidelines, as well as additional resources about Apple products and services.
Why the iPad?
Our main intention is to provide the CCC community with access to emerging information technologies. Lending these mobile devices will allow faculty and students to experience the iPad's wide variety of uses for study, research, and personal use. In addition, the iPad serves as a great low maintenance computer that can be loaned out for casual use, while freeing up desktop computers for student academic use. Students can use the iPad to do research, check Blackboard, email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. through the library's wireless network.
