E-books are a good place to start your history research! E- books will give you important dates and background information. They will expand on the ideas that lead up to historical events and discuss the after effects in depth.
You can access ebooks through the EDS search by choosing "Type of Publication" on the left of the results list, then choosing eBooks; and through the databases listed below.
